My Dearest Husband & Friend,
I want you to know that on this day, December 25th, 2007 - I repledge my Love to you. You will forever be my one and only Love as you have been for the last 22 years - since the day that I looked into your beautiful vivid and captivating sea-green eyes. You captured my heart so many years ago with one single look into your soul, and it's only become more powerful and everlasting since that magical day.
Your love for life has always brought a richness to our lives. You keep me laughing. You are so funny and nerdy! You bring a joy to my heart that no one else could ever do. After all of these years you still make me laugh. I look at you and see the boy you once were - so many years before I even met you, and then I see the beautiful man that you have become. Oh you are such a beautiful man. You take the weight of the world upon your shoulders and you never buckle under it. You take the pain and make it into sunshine. You take my broken heart and mend it back to wholeness again.
I do love you so very much my husband. Without you - life would be dull and worthless. You've been my rock when I needed you. You've been there to hold me and comfort me when no one else could have. You've been there to laugh with me and at me. You've rolled your eyes at my crazy dreams and schemes, chastised my stupidness, cheered me on in my battles, and watched me with all of the love that a man can hold for a woman as I worked toward my goals. You've watched, but you've also been beside me all of the way - through it all, you've been there. You have never wavered in your love for me, and that is something that I have never expected from anyone - not even you. You my husband, have taught me my 'worth'.
Thank you so much for believing in me. For supporting me. For encouraging me. Thank you husband for never giving up on me and our love. Thank you for not walking away when things were difficult, intense, dramatic, and sometimes when I was just downright cold. There are so many things that I am grateful for in this life - and you are the orchestrator of most of them. You hold the keys to my heart. You are the guardian of my soul. You are the warm and safe place that I run to when this world has taken it's toll on me. Yours are the arms that I long to have wrapped around me when I need rest. My head upon your chest is a safe place to be - to hear your heart beat for me - for us.
With you, my husband, I am strong. You often wonder how I can be such a strong and independent woman. Now you know. Truth be told - I would not be the woman that I am today without you and your love. You've given me the strength and courage to succeed. You've give me the strength and courage to go forward and to go on. You have given me everything by giving my your love.
My hope, my desire is to be able to return this love to you. My desire is that you know you are the most important person in my life. That I love you with great depth that cannot be measured, weighed or counted. I look forward to many more years together with you. These last 22 years have not been enough to show you how wonderful of a man you truly are to me. I feel like this is just the beginning. This is why I chose today to repledge my love to you. It's when we of course celebrate the birth of the Lord Jesus, and when I would like to celebrate 'us'.
With you by my side, anything is possible. With you by my side, life is wonderful. With you by my side, we'll walk hand in hand through whatever obstacles are thrown in our way. With you by my side, I can do no wrong. With you by my side, I can go on.
I love you with all that I am and ever hope to be,
Your wife,
Michelle

This was a wonderfully emotional Christmas letter to your spouse.
Husbands should also take the time and from time to time write a letter of this sort to their wives. Both partners in a marriage commitment should reaffirm their love and admiration and lives to one another.
This type of unselfish action would decrease the number of couples seeking divorce action. The amount of money lawyers would make as a result would also be impressively curtailed.
Merry Christmas!
Great article,Gives a lot of food for thought.Joe
